Obituary for Victoria Marie Lynn Whitehead

Victoria Marie Lynn Whitehead
Victoria Whitehead and her son Bentley died suddenly in an accident on February 6, 2018, which also claimed the life of Bentley's father, Hunter Chamberlain. Their passing leaves a giant hole in the hearts and lives of their immediate and extended families and friends. Bentley was a happy, loving, active child, who loved Thomas the Train and Paw Patrol. Although he faced significant health challenges with Biliary Atresia, the ginger-haired imp charmed everyone he met with his infectious smile. Victoria took great joy in loving Bentley, her little "Bean", and especially looked forward to sharing her love of Minions with him. Victoria chose a career path that would help her support and nurture her son, and enrolled at Sault College in the Practical Nursing program. She was working hard to develop her skills, and looked forward to graduating and writing her exams to become a Registered Practical Nurse. In the meantime, she juggled her studies, part time jobs as a personal support worker and her family with enthusiasm and determination. They will be forever loved and deeply missed by Jodey Whitehead (mom/grandma) and Jonathan Whitehead (brother/uncle), as well as Agnes and David Whitehead; Tanya Whitehead, Pat Morin, Ella Morin and Sawyer Morin; Justine Whitehead and Ben Callaghan, and many other family and friends. The family would like to thank the community for their outpouring of support and generosity during this very sad and difficult time. Family and friends are invited to call at O'Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (215 St. James Street) on Saturday February 24, 2018 from 1:00pm-3:00pm and 5:00pm-7:00pm. Funeral service to held on Sunday February 25, 2018 at O’Sullivan Funeral Home at 2:00pm with Mr. Bill McLean officiating. lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to the Canadian Biliary Atresia Registry, www.cbar.ca through Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation.
