At the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday January 24, 2018, Jack Trudeau in his 89th year. Husband of the late Shirley for 62 years. Father of Karen, Brian (Sarah), Linda (John Jordan), Patricia, John (Megan) and David. He will be remembered by 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Brother of Hilda (late Curly), Francis (late Sonny), the late Doris (late Henry) and the late Viny (late Cedric). Jack was a loyal employee of Algoma Steel for his entire 42 year career as a switchman, breakman and engineer. Jack enjoyed watching hockey and telling all who would listen how the teams should be run and who was doing the best and worst jobs. Family and friends may call at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (215 St. James St., Sault Ste Marie, 705-759-8456) on Monday January 29, 2018 from 11:00am until the time of service in the chapel at 1:00pm with Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Spring interment will take place. Memorial donations may be made to the Sault Area Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
