TOLL, DONNA (nee Downey) -
After a short and courageous battle with cancer our mother passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on November 4th, 2017 with her loving daughters by her side.
Donna will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Cindy Naderer (John), Cheryl Sidor (Rob Martson), Patricia Turcotte (Jason), Jodi-Lynne Gibb (Mike Sarlo) and missed by her companion Jake (the parrot). Grandchildren Tyler Gibb (Candace), Jaime-Lee Jackman (Perry), Mark Turcotte (Amie), Dustin Gibb (Ashley), Caitlin Turcotte, Cody Cinq-Mars, Kyle Naderer, Chantal Gibb (Brandon), Ema-Leigh Gibb-Sarlo, great grandchildren Tyson, Mya, Leah, Jaylyn, Declan, Tanner, Tucker and Blakey Rose.
Donna was predeceased by her loving Grandparents Reginald & Viola (See) Peer, mother Edith Fischer (John) and survived by her sister Carol Doan. Donna will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, extended family and close friends.
Our family would like to thank Global Angel Charity and Angels of Flight for helping grant mom’s final wish to be home for her final days spent with her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Special thanks to the palliative care team, nurses on 3C and float pool at the Sault Area Hospital for the care mom received.
At Donna's request no service will be held. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Global Angel Charity, Tracey's Dream or a charity of choice.
